Payment Options:
      Pigeons.co.uk offers a wide variety of payment options, including major credit and debit cards and cheque. If you are not happy about sending your card details over the Internet to our secure web server you can place your order over the phone, post your card details to us or forward a cheque for the full amount. We do not except cash.

      Pigeons.co.uk operates a privacy policy in respect of customers and prospective customers personal details.
      Information required for completion of a transaction is:
      Customer Name and Address
      Contact Phone number(s) and e-mail address
      Delivery Address (if different)
      Details concerning payment ie credit card, cheque, bankers draft.
  Guarantees:
      All manufacturers normal guarantees apply.
  Supply of Goods:
      It may be, that due to circumstances beyond their control, Pigeons.co.uk is not able to guarantee the supply of goods. The acknowledgment generated to a customer at the time an order is placed is confirmation only of the details given by the customer and is not an acceptance of the order. Prices may change at any time or goods may not currently be available. Should this be the case Pigeons.co.uk will contact the customer by e-mail, fax or telephone within 5 working days to apprise them of the situation and give them the option to cancel. As some goods are delivered direct from the manufacturer there may be instances where we process an order but find that the goods are not available. Should this occur the customer will be contacted immediately to resolve the matter. Pigeons.co.uk apologises in advance should such action be necessary.
 Quality of Goods/Fitness for Purpose:
      Pigeons.co.uk makes every effort to ensure that the product advertised on their site is of a high quality. We are governed by the manufacturers ability to provide the quality of product Pigeons.co.uk expects its customers to receive. There are times when this may be beyond our control. Where goods received are found not to be of merchantable quality or fit for the purpose described by the manufacturers they may be returned and a replacement (if requested and available) will be sent otherwise we will refund your monies in full. All the images, details, dimensions and usage of the product shown on this web site has been supplied to Pigeons.co.uk by the manufacturers/suppliers. Should there be any discrepancies we apologise. Image based content is provided as is and for illustration purposes only and may not be representative of the product in its true form.  
 Returns Procedures and refunds:

      Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 a customer is entitled to cancel and/or arrange return of the goods ordered up to and within 7 days after receipt of said goods subject to certain conditions. This does not include goods that have been specifically made or altered to suit the customers own requirements. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing within the specified time limit. Pigeons.co.uk will accept this notice by fax or e-mail. A telephone message does not qualify as proper notice. Prior to collection of the goods it is the customers responsibility to ensure their safe keeping and retention of quality. Any collection will be made at the earliest possible time by arrangement with the customer within a 30 day period after notice is received. Pigeons.co.uk is entitled to levy a return charge to cover the carriage cost of the goods. This will be determined and notified to the customer by e-mail, and is dependent upon the size and weight of the goods to be returned. Where goods become faulty within the manufacturers period of guarantee, and the fault is not due to mishandling by the user, action will be taken to repair or replace the item in accordance with that manufacturers warranty. Goods to be returned after the 7 day period above or those that are not faulty, can only be done so with the agreement of Pigeons.co.uk who reserve the right, in all cases, to make a restocking charge of 30% + VAT. This in no way affects your statutory rights.
  Delivery Times:
      The majority of our goods are despatched direct from warehouse normally within 28 hours of an order being processed. Currently our average time for delivery of goods is 2 to 7 working days, although in the case of the larger, heavier items this could be up to 10 days. If you have not received your goods within 14 days of your order acknowledgement, and Pigeons.co.uk has not contacted you regarding any delay, please contact our customer services department by e-mail to salesPigeons.co.uk or by telephone on (00 44) 01723 500 685.
  Guaranteed Delivery:
      Every effort will be made to deliver your order at a time mutually agreeable however we are dependent upon the supplier's carriers for this time limit. Occasionally the suppliers carriers may, due to circumstances beyond their control, fail to honour the delivery requirements placed upon them and as such Pigeons.co.uk can accept no liability for any problem or inconvenience this may cause. EFL will do all in their power to prevent this happening and apologise in advance should this situation arise.
  VAT:
      Value Added Tax, where applicable, at the current United Kingdom rate is included in the prices shown.
  Delivery Methods & Charges:
      United Kingdom Addresses.
      Most of our prices are exclusive of delivery charges to the UK mainland with the exception of Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Islands and Highlands of Scotland, where an additional charge is applicable. In the case of larger items there may also be an additional charge due to the size and type of carriers required to move the product. Customers will be notified of this prior to despatch of their order.

  Export
      Overseas orders are all always EXCLUSIVE of delivery. All export orders are subject to a carriage charge which will be quoted prior to your order being processed.
  Loss or damage:
      If goods are found to have been damaged in transit then they may be returned and a replacement, if requested and if available, will be despatched. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded in full. Pigeons.co.uk must be informed within 10 days of receipt by either e-mail to salesPigeons.co.uk or by telephone on 01723 500685 with confirmation in writing there-after. It is in your own interests to check the delivery immediately and notify Pigeons.co.uk of any problems.
  Data Protection Act:
      The information requested on this site may be used by Pigeons.co.uk to confirm, update and enhance our customer records. In order to assess a persons credit rating and identity, where required, we may carry out a check with a credit reference agency, who will maintain a record of such enquiry. Details of account performance and/or your status may be disclosed to Credit reference agencies where it may be accessed by other financial institutions to assess assessment of any applications for credit you or members of your household may make to them. Where applicable your personal details may be passed to or used by insurance providers who may use it for underwriting, processing claims handling and fraud prevention, which could include passing details to other insurers. Information may also be disclosed and used for fraud detection purposes. In terms of the Data Protection Act you are entitled to a copy of all your personal data held by us on computer on payment of a small fee.
  Title:
      Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods are paid for in full. The responsibility and risk in the Goods shall pass to the buyer at the point of delivery and Pigeons.co.uk shall have no responsibility in respect of the safety of the goods thereafter. Pigeons.co.uk does not normally offer any goods on a sale or return basis other than as stated in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
  Security of Credit Card Payment Options:
      At the point where you confirm and request the purchase by pressing the 'send order' button you will be transferred to a 'SSL' secure sockets server. Any details that are received by this server will be encrypted by 1028 bit technology before being e-mailed to Pigeons.co.uk. You will know when you are sending secure information as the top bar in your browser will read "https: the 's' standing for secure. Your browser may also indicate this by showing an unbroken key or locked padlock in the bottom corner.
  Liability:
      Your Statutory Rights are not affected or restricted by anything in this paragraph. You should never commence using any of the products purchased from our site without first thoroughly reading and fully understanding the manufacturers instructions. Products must at all times be used only in accordance with those instructions.
  Law:
      All contracts by Pigeons.co.uk for the sale of the goods shall be deemed in all respects to be contracts made, performed and contracted according to English Law.

Receipt of any query or complaint will be acknowledged by e-mail within 5 working days. Customers will be kept informed of our progress whilst dealing with any such matter and it will be resolved no later than 30 days after receipt of said complaint or query.
