Linseed Oil - Rich in essential Omega 3 Linseed Oil is rich in Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9, essential fatty acids, B vitamins, potassium, lecithin, magnesium, fibre, protein and zinc. Linseed Oil is easily digestible and reports suggest that it contains up to 50% more Omega 3 oils than from fish oils.
